Cheaper to hire people over 65 from July 1

July 16, 2019

As of July 1, 2019, the special payroll tax for people over 65 years of age will be abolished, which means that the employer contribution will drop from 16.36% to 10.21%. From the age of 80, no employer contribution will be paid at all.
